Shadow Work – Negative Self Talk : Oct Sun 2nd 1 – 3pm@ The Page and Cup. Bookings
For all of us, if we are honest we understand that we have some baggage, and issues, call it what you will sh*t to work through and understand. For shadow work to be successful you need to name i. Face your ghosts and there are some very specific steps you need to take to not just leave it behind, but shut the door and open another. It never just goes away. It needs to be pushed, severed, and rewritten so that it does not come back. This workshop helps you define what work you need to do and the best way to do it.

As you journey on your Soul Path, your Spiritual Awakening, it is important you meet and start communicating with your guides. It is an essential step for you, your journey, and having a safe environment. I will talk you through, both sets of guides, Guardians and Spiritual Guides, you will undertake some exercises to meet them and to start communicating with them. Guides are not who you want them to be, but who you need them to be.
